OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

  1. No purchase necessary.
  2. Promotion begins January 1, 2018 and ends on December 31, 2018.
  3. Completed online survey forms will be accepted as promotion entries. Entry into the promotion indicates acceptance of the Promotion Rules. If you prefer not to complete the survey and would like to submit an entry for the promotion, please send a 3" x 5" card legibly printed/written with your name, company, shipping address, phone number, and email address in a postage paid envelope to: Veritiv, Brand Marketing/Veritiv Awareness 2018, 6120 S. Gilmore Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014. One entry per envelope. One entry per person. Entry must be received within five business days of promotional offer.
  4. All entrants and promotion winners must be at least 18 years of age.
  5. Prize must be accepted as awarded and prizes are non-transferable. Approximate retail value of each prize will range between $10 and $75. Prize value will be disclosed in the offer. There is no prize or cash substitution. Veritiv reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize is not available.
  6. Veritiv is the exclusive sponsor of this campaign. Companies, brands and affiliates of products offered as prizes are not sponsors.
  7. Employees of Veritiv and their immediate families or other promotional partners and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  8. This promotion is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
  9. Winners agree that Veritiv and their employees, immediate families, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prize and/or promotion.
  10. Noncompliance with these rules will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Veritiv is not responsible for lost, illegible, stolen, postage due or late entries.
  11. Winners will be selected based on the terms of each promotional offer. Winners will be notified within five business days of the promotional offer email communication being sent. To receive a winners' list send a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 31, 2018 to: Veritiv, Brand Marketing/Veritiv Awareness 2018, 6120 S. Gilmore Rd. Fairfield, OH 45014.
  12. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
  13. All decisions are final.
